Summary

Cordless plunge saw for precise cutting of wood, plastics and light building materials such as plasterboard. It has a brushless motor, stepless cutting depth adjustment from 0 to 52 mm, soft start and overload protection. Aluminium guide rail available in lengths of 70 or 140 cm.

Verdict

Cuts OSB, furniture board and worktops up to 28 mm, though more slowly than corded saws. The most frequently reported defect is a bent base plate; the two-part rail flexes, and 140 mm blades are missing.
